Our greatest asset is
our passion for quality

Studio

The studio Karl Langer Architekt in Vienna was founded in 1994. It stands for high-quality architecture, sustainable urbanism, perceptive landscape architecture and minimalist design. Since that time I have realized a great number of successful projects in cooperation with my team.

Our approach

Quality is the ruling principle in everything we do. We review all projects according to international standards and develop customized strategies. Sustainable and high-quality construction projects require holistic thinking and design. Our comprehensive planning strategies enable the development of innovative approaches focused on the future, but never forgetting our architectural heritage.

Each project and every question is considered from an entirely new and comprehensive perspective. This delivers solutions that are designed individually for each location, operator and user.

Our responsibility

We always look at the environment in its entirety. A place where it is imperative to set trends and to act responsibly whenever we develop construction projects. The principles of sustainability are integral parts of our work: designing buildings that only require a fraction of the land and energy that is currently consumed, or to build city quarters supporting aspiring local communities and improving the quality of life for everyone.

For our building owners, we create innovative added value in the field of housing, work and leisure-time beyond the actual construction project.
